Done-for-you High Ticket Sales

Head of Sales for YouTube creators

Are you tired of doing sales and want to hand it off completely so you can just make videos?

This is a fractional Head of Sales service for YouTube creators doing $50K+/month with existing high ticket offers. And no, this isn’t for beginners. You can look at our other offerings here.

Want to step away from sales completely, but worried about handing it off to a Wolf of Wall Street sales bro?

If so, watch this (or keep reading) 👇

The problem

99% of YouTube creators hate sales.

…okay I totally made that statistic up, but if you read this far, you probably hate sales.

In the back of your mind, you’re like… “dude, I started YouTube because I want to make videos, teach, and help”

Deep down inside, you know you need to sell… mainly because you don’t want to move back and live in your mom’s basement again.

So you try hiring a closer.

And not only do they burn every warm lead that you worked so hard to get, but they also used aggressive sales tactics that burned your brand reputation.

You fire them and go back to doing sales yourself. You hate it. Meanwhile your calendar is stacked with calls until 11:55pm and somehow revenue is still all over the place.

If this sounds like you, then you’re probably dealing with a few of these.

Symptom 1

You’re stuck doing the wrong job.

You know your time is better spent somewhere else, but your calendar owns you.

You started YouTube to make videos and teach, but somehow you became a full-time salesperson who films on the side.

Every hour on a sales call is an hour you’re not making content that brings in more leads and builds real relationships.

Symptom 2

You tried hiring it out and got burned

You brought in a closer to take it off your plate.

Instead they burned the warm leads you spent years building and made your brand feel like a used car lot.

So you fired them and went back to doing it yourself.

Symptom 3

Your lead quality feels like your crazy ex

Some days leads are hot and ready.

Other days they’re skeptical, flaky, and all over the place. So your close rate is all over the place, and your revenue is right there with it.

Deep down inside you’re just wishing… I wish things could be more stable.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth

The closer wasn’t the problem.

They were dropped into a broken sales system.

There’s a good chance there was no pre-qualification, sales process, or feedback loop. You basically hired a driver and gave them a car with no GPS, no gas, or wheels.

And every month you leave that broken system running, it’s costing you more than you think.

How many clients could you realistically close this month if your sales was actually working? How much revenue are you leaving on the table?

Most of the time this is a big number.

Well if this is you, I’m here to help.

Hi, I’m Kevin 👋

You’re not alone.

I used to be a drug dealer (AKA a pharmacist), left to shoot videos from my mom’s basement, and ended up in the crazy world of high ticket sales.

I was also Ali Abdaal’s Head of Sales for his famous Part-Time YouTuber Accelerator, one of the most watched creator businesses on the internet.

I was inside that business when it was working and when it broke. I saw exactly what drove revenue and exactly what killed it.

My one goal is if you hate sales, I want you to step away from it completely.

Think of me as the guy who comes in, figures out what’s actually wrong, fixes it, and builds it so it runs without you.

It’s kinda like my pharmacist days, except instead of giving you pills, I’m giving you a sales system I’ve built over the last 8 years.

✅ Worked with Ali Abdaal as his Fractional Head of Sales

✅ 8+ years in high ticket sales

✅ Built a YouTuber Mastermind and is friends with a lot of the big YouTubers

Don’t take my word for it.

This is straight from Ali.

If you find out Ali’s testimonial is AI-generated, I will personally write you a $10,000 check… to your mom.

The solution

Here’s how we actually fix this.

The most common question is… what do I fix first?

A high ticket sales system has six parts. When one breaks, everything downstream leaks.

So instead of guessing, we go through all six areas to find your bottleneck and start there.

01

Offer Design ✍️

We make sure what you’re selling is positioned to close. ICP, pricing, risk reversal, your offer stack, and more.

02

Pre-qualification 🤔

We rebuild how leads hit your calendar with the right application questions, money qualifiers, and warm-up. Wrong people stop showing up, right people arrive pre-sold.

03

Content Assets 💎

Every lead sees your pain, promise, proof, and process before the call, so anyone you hire doesn’t rebuild trust from scratch every time. Your leads come pre-sold to the call.

04

Sales Process ⚙️

Your whole system is documented from scripts, agendas, offer presentation, and objection handling. This is built for your offer and audience so anyone can run calls within a week.

05

Sales Capacity 👨‍💼

We build what your business actually needs based on how involved you want to be. It could mean hiring a setter, closer, sales operations, or sales manager. Basically sales runs without you.

06

Team Culture 👯‍♀️

We keep the team sharp so you stay out of the day-to-day and that the sales process is iterating without you. It also makes sure that the team stays happy to keep the right talent.

Where this is going

Every creator business sits somewhere on this ladder.

But just like yoga class, you don’t start doing the full splits from day one.

There are levels to this. You start with the easier progressions. And every level has a version of the six pillars.

Most people come in at Level 1 or Level 2. Most want L3. Some are building toward L4 and an exit. Wherever you are, that’s where we start. And that’s where we build from.

Level 01

Manual 🏎️

You’re doing everything. Sales stops when you stop.

Level 02

Cruise Control 🚢

You have some help but you’re still the main engine. You can take your foot off the pedal, but not your eyes off the road.

Level 03

Assisted Driving 🤖

Sales mostly runs without you. You’re managing strategy, not calls. Every once and awhile you’ll need to touch the wheel to make sure you’re awake.

Level 04

Full Autonomous Driving 🧠

The whole machine runs and improves on its own. You can do your own thing, chill at the beach, and the sales system gets better over time.

Done-for-you Head of sales

Here’s what happens when we work together

Peter Drucker says… “All profit is derived from risk”.

You can figure it out on your own or you can skip the trial-and-error phase by leveraging my experience. You can learn from my mistakes, avoid the costly missteps, and seize opportunities you didn’t even know existed.

Either path you take won’t be easy, but I’ve mapped it out for you – complete with every red flag, warning sign, and instructional manual along the way.

This is what makes this program unlike any other “high ticket sales” program out there.

I’ve been there, done that. And I’m actually a freaking doctor with a healthcare background. Plus I have the clients to prove it.

Step 01

High Ticket Sales Rx Consultation 💬

This takes about 20 minutes and tells me everything I need to know before we start. This includes your numbers, your team, what’s broken, what you’ve already tried. But most importantly… WTF do you want from your business?

Step 02

High Ticket Sales Rx Diagnosis 🩺

We go over the six pillars to see the health of your sales system, like a doctor reading your chart. We find the one big thing and start there.

Step 03

Level up ⬆️

Over time, we move you up the levels. Wherever you sit, we build toward the level you actually want.

So, What does the day to day look like?

1-on-1s 💬

We set a cadence. We talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s missing, then decide what to focus on next. And if an emergency comes up, I’m there.

You sit back and relax 💆

Sometimes there are deliverables I need from you. But for the most part, you can chill and I’ll let you know anything I need from you.

The “I gotta guy” offer 🤵‍♂️

Chances are you’ll get punched in the face by business somehow. If you need a connection, I’m happy to make the intro. I just can’t hide your dead bodies.

(Max 3 client at a time. And no. This isn’t BS fake scarcity.)

How much does it cost?

Let’s be upfront about something before we get to numbers.

This isn’t cheap.

If you’re looking for a $500/mo sales coach who sends you a Loom once a week and calls it “support”, that’s not this.

There are plenty of those living in their mom’s basement. Go find one.

To make this worth it for both of us, you need to be doing at least $50K/month in revenue. If you’re not there yet, bookmark this and come back when you are.

Ask yourself… “What would this project need to do for you to consider it a success?

Full Fractional HoS
$7K–$15K/mo + % of revenue

The exact number depends on your revenue, how messy the system is, and whether I'm personally closing. We figure that out on the call.

  • I'm in your business weekly
  • Managing the team, running the process
  • You stop touching sales entirely

One thing to know upfront

I work with a max of 3 clients at a time

Not because of some fake scarcity play, but because the work requires me to actually be inside your business. You can’t do that well with 50 clients.

If you’re doing $50K–$200K/month, have a consistent lead gen, and you’re done being the bottleneck in your own sales, let’s talk.

Don’t wait.

Next Steps

Okay. So what actually happens next?

Step 1: We get on a call

Step 2: If it makes sense, we figure out logistics.

Are you ready for a head of Sales?

This isn’t for everyone, But if you’re checking off these boxes, let’s chat.

This is for you if…

  • You’re doing $50K+/month with an existing high ticket offer
  • You have a warm YouTube audience actually bringing in leads
  • Sales still runs through you and you’re done being the bottleneck
  • You’d rather build a system than rent another closer
  • You actually want to hand this off and get back to making videos

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from just hiring a closer?

A closer takes sales calls. That’s it. A Head of Sales builds everything around the calls, including the pre-qualification, the process, the scripts, the hiring. And if you do end up needing a closer, I’m the one vetting and managing them. So by the time they show up, they’re walking into a system that actually works.

Why the base and revenue share?

Because how someone gets incentivized drives how they act. And I want us pointed at the same thing.

For context, most full-time Heads of Sales run $250K-$500K a year plus a bonus.

  • A flat retainer pays out whether your revenue grows or flatlines.
  • Base plus a percentage rewards the upside only grows if the sales system keeps working month after month.

Naval says it best. Play long-term games with long-term people. The base means I’m not gambling on your business. The percentage means I’m genuinely invested in it growing. Structured right, we both want the exact same outcome.

To be fully transparent, I make my real money after the system is setup and running by itself.

What if I don't have a sales team yet?

Most of my clients, like Ali Abdaaal, don’t when we start. Figuring out what your business needs (a setter? a closer? nothing yet?) and hiring for it is literally part of the job.

How long until I'm off sales calls?

Honestly it depends where you’re starting at. The first week or two, the goal is to reduce the number of calls you’re taking. My goal is to get you completely off within the first month, but that depends from person to person.

What's the investment?

It lands in the $7K–$15K/mo range plus a percentage of revenue, depending on where your revenue’s at, how much needs rebuilding, and whether I’m personally closing. We nail the exact number on the call. I keep the range on the page because I hate the “book a call to find out the price” games.

How much of my time does this take?

More at the start, less every month after. Early on we meet regularly and I’ll need things from you, like call recordings, access, decisions, and content assets. Once the system and team are running, you’re mostly just in strategy conversations. Eventually you’re not touching sales at all. That’s kinda the whole point.

How do I know if I'm ready for this?

You’re doing $50K+/month, you have a warm YouTube audience, and sales still depends on you. If it’s still too early, I’ll let you know or suggest something else like consulting. I’d rather you show up ready than invest too early.

What kind of results can you guarantee?

None, and I’d be careful with anyone who does.

Sales depends on things outside my control like your offer, your audience, how fast you make decisions, market conditions. Guaranteeing a specific number would mean ignoring all of that.

What I can point to is the structure.

  • The revenue share means I’m incentivized on results.
  • The base incentivizes you on the deliverables I need from you, like content assets, so nothing stalls
  • My capacity cap means you get my attention, not a fraction of it

The whole model is built to make your sales work without you, which is the outcome that actually matters.

And to be transparent, I make my real money after the system is set up and working. So if there’s hesitation, I’d rather do a phased approach. We start slower and prove it out first with consulting.
