Corporate pharmacist escapee đź’Š

To Fractional Head of sales  for creators 💸

In 2o18, I quit pharmacy.

After dedicating over 12 years of my life to becoming a pharmacist and climbing the corporate ladder, I had enough.

So I took the leap of faith and quit after my dad passed away in search of a better oath.

But right after saying goodbye to my prestigious six-figure career, I was back at square one, making $100 / month as a YouTuber.

While mastering the art of talking to a camera by myself for hours, I dug deeper into the world of digital marketing and high ticket sales.

So I invested in a few online programs and thought it would be easy to land a client. The “gurus” said it would be easy.

They were wrong.

I went 6 months without finding a client.

The gurus weren’t completely wrong. This industry was in high demand for experienced sales professionals, not for beginners.

The market was saturated with beginners who couldn’t perform and business owners didn’t want to take the risk even if it was performance-based.

Then the big moment happened.

We landed a ClickFunnels 2 comma club client, who was growing rapidly and scaling.

A month into the contract, I almost got fired. Everything I learned in the “guru” program failed miserably and wasn’t working.

Luckily the sales manager gave me a second chance. That’s when the magic happened 🪄

In10 months, i scaled to $500k / week.

If I wanted this to work, I needed to learn this industry fast.

So I made friends with the top sales performers, reverse-engineered their process, and read 90% of the sales books on Amazon.

Sometimes it worked, but 90% of the time I crashed and burned. This is when I realized that trial and error is the most expensive way to learn.

Because I already knew how to learn from my pharmacy years, I cracked it, scaling the business to $1.2M in top-line revenue in under 10 months.

We went from the bottom 50 to the top 3 performers on the sales team. The crazy thing was that I was starting to outperform people with 20+ years  of experience.

My edge wasn’t a secret script. It was bringing the the soft skills of healthcare into the sales world obsessed with tactics and pressure. There was a calmer, more human, neuroscience-based way to sell.

We basically starting having real conversations.

So I started sharing my lessons, mistakes, and experiences of what I was learning online as a newbie on YouTube. And something crazy happened…

My YouTube started going viral

As I was learning how to make content, opportunities opened up.

Business owners reached out for consulting and JVs. Then the DMs and emails started coming from viewers all over the world.

Then I started getting referrals. Then finally, people around the world started asking me to help with high ticket sales.

At first, I was reluctant. There were so many other sales trainers out there with more experience. I didn’t want to be another “guru”.

But then, I realized people didn’t have any other choices available. They weren’t looking for a guru.

They needed a guide who they could trust.

I started working with Ali Abdaal.

One of the most life changing moves I made was enrolling in Ali Abdaal’s Part Time YouTuber Academy.

Then years later, Ali and his team asked me to help them with sales.

So there I was, running sales for one of the biggest creators on the internet, and every day I got to talk to people who felt more like friends than leads.

I was supporting creators I actually admired, and thriving while I did it. I even I built my own YouTube mastermind from the people I met and we became closer friends.

What worked wasn’t a script, or a funnel, or some closing trick. It was all about relationships and having real conversations.

But even with everything working, I felt a pull to bet bigger on myself.

What is Kaizen Closing?

Kaizen Closing is my fractional Head of Sales practice for YouTube creators and founders selling high ticket offers.

I was Ali Abdaal’s Head of Sales, got his offer to $150K/mo as a solo part-time closer, and turned his sales calls into a chill order-taking process, where people were pre-sold before our call.

Now I do that for other creators helping running sales for them so they never have to touch it.

Whether that’s coaching you up, rebuilding the system with you, or running the whole thing myself, I’m here to help.

IMO selling isn’t about closing a sale. It’s about building a long-term relationship.

What's your goal? 🏆

I want to get better at selling high ticket offers myself đź’¬

Who it's for: Creators and closers who are still taking sales calls, but want them to feel like a real conversation that converts, not a hard close.

What we do: Over 12 weeks, I'll help you master all the essential skills to sell high ticket offers for yourself or your clients.

I want a Head of Sales to look at my sales system 🔎

Who it's for: Creators or sales teams selling high ticket offers who know something is wrong, but aren't sure what's broken.

What we do: I find the real bottleneck across the six areas of high ticket sales. Then depending on how deep you want to go, I'm in your corner while your team executes.

I want a Head of Sales to just run this for me 🤝

Who it's for: Creators doing $50K+/mo who'd rather be filming. You need someone you actually trust to run sales for you.

What we do: I become your fractional Head of Sales. I'll work in your business to help fix the six areas of high ticket sales, so you can get back to filming or chilling on the beach.

Letters from a Head of Sales đź’Ś

Once a month, I write you a letter about what it's actually like running high ticket sales for YouTube creators. This is the stuff you won't find in a YouTube video or course.

It's everything behind the scenes with my clients and conversations I'm having with my creator friends. I'll talk about what's working, what's not, how we're thinking about the industry, and the lessons I'd charge for if you asked me on a call.
